OTown Swing’s dances are entirely volunteer-run, and every dollar raised goes directly back into the community and our events. Our goal? To keep Swingover pass prices as low as possible, making this incredible event accessible to more dancers, while upping the quality.

Why Sponsor?
Sponsor a part of Swingover
Prior to the event, we will promote you or your company’s name via social media, newsletters, in person announcements, and on the event website every time your sponsored item is mentioned.
At the event, we will place a picture and/or logo at the part of Swingover you sponsor. You are also welcome to provide any promotional materials to be displayed at our merchandise table during that time as well. You or your company’s name will also be announced and thanked throughout the weekend.

Westibombing is part of our community’s DNA—it’s why our pre- and post-party celebrations take us out into the city. We love sharing our roots with everyone who joins our house party… I mean, event! We dance anywhere and everywhere, but we know concrete isn’t the kindest surface. If last year’s setup wasn’t ideal, we hear you. This year, we want to provide a real dance floor, and your support can make that happen.

Between the two free late-night buffets that are offered to our attendees, we also have offered a Masters Party alongside the Masters Track of workshops!
We are also adding a Queer, LGBTQIA+, inclusive party. Offering a space for people to meet and hangout with peers they might not have know.
