Code of Conduct
OTown Swing and the Swingover Event Team strive to make Swingover an inclusive, safe, & fun event for all involved. We need your help in order to make this happen! Please read and familiarize yourself with the Code of Conduct linked below.
Briefly, be respectful of everyone in and around the event space.
If you feel you have not been treated in a respectful manner, or feel unsafe at any point in time, please contact the registration manager at registration, a DJ at the DJ booth, or the event director.
If you do not wish to or are not able to report to a member of the event staff the On-Site Feedback Form can be used to report an incident anonymously or not. To receive information on outcomes and actions taken, a contact method must be provided in the form.
When a staff member is informed from one of the two reporting procedures, our Attendee Service Team, members shown below, will convene to choose a starting course of action. Depending on the manner of the report submitted, consequences vary.
